Hello Robina Families,
With the start of swimming lessons, farm safety and trying to finish up curriculum, it was a jam packed week of activity for our school. Our grade 4s have been doing our recycling for this past year and we just received news that we are the top bottle recycling school in Alberta!! Wow!! Way to go Grade 4s for all of your hard work and a HUGE thank you to Ms. Potter for organizing that crew all year long. The students received a $250 check for their efforts and their teachers have a great plan for using that money that we will share with you shortly. We have some awesome pictures from the day, but unfortunately I am having trouble with blogger today and it is being finicky with some of my uploads. I will give it some time and edit this post later tonight or tomorrow and add those pictures.
This week in assembly we continued with the theme of perseverance. If you would like to see the agenda for the week, please click here: https://goo.gl/o9JoPN It was our last week for awarding the Student of the Week award and will start that program up again next fall. There will still be a student assembly next Friday, June 23 as they finish out the perseverance theme. The last assembly of the year is on Wednesday, June 28 at 1:00 and will include a slideshow, some special presentations and track awards. We will also be saying farewell to our grade 4s as they move on to Riverview and grade 5 next year. All parents and families are invited to attend!

THANK YOU TO ALL THE SUPPORT TO OUR BOSTON PIZZA RECEIPTS PROGRAM!!! Boston Pizza generously donated two gift cards as prizes for a draw that was made from all who dropped off receipts. Congratulations to our two prize draw winners!!!
**Please fill out all field trip forms on PowerSchool. Our office team is working hard at getting things up early so that families can space out payment for June field trips.
